Dean Jones fired for calling South African cricketer a terrorist

This made me laugh this morning.

Apparently Australian commentator and ex-player Dean Jones while on air said “the terrorist has got another wicket” following a catch being taken by South African player Hashim Amla.

I exerted my significant internet searching skills to try and find an audio snippet, but was unable to.

Australians are so hilarious. They have to use all their brain capacity to avoid falling of their chairs, so have little left to think about what they’re saying.

I just want to know what the other commentators reaction was.

“Ummm, yeah, you gotta watch those wogs.”
