It pretty much does exactly what I was looking for. In it’s basic form, it’s exactly the same as RSSLib, however it has the two features that made me ditch RSSLib, ‘Multifeed’ and Date and time sorting.
So what this wonderful tool does is this, it takes as many results as you choose, from as many RSS feeds as you enter, as often as you desire, and sort them by date and time so that the newest appear first.
There are a few things that I still need to tweak though. I’d like the results to be formatted differently (the site of origin to be separate from the title (if possible)) and the date and time of the feed to be displayed.
Time will tell whether that actually happens.
The documentation for this tool (included in the download, not the website) is pretty good. But if anyone needs any help in implementing the tool, how to make it appear on the page, or make it appear in wordpress (I’m running the page outside of wordpress and then just including it in a template page) then feel free to comment on this post, and I’ll be happy to go into it for you.
