Often at work I tune in to a particular US Christian music station. I prefer it to Life FM because it only plays rock (and the softer genres around it). That is, it doesn’t play hip hop, R & B or any other crap like that.
An interesting phenomena is that if you pay attention you can pick the songs and bands that are going to be big in NZ, before they get here.
For example, I was into Mat Kearney – Undeniable long before it hit number 1 on the NZ Christian charts for many weeks.
Well, the latest song I’m into (and hit the number 1 spot on the US Christian charts) is Next Year (also known as “Wonder of it all”) by Monday Morning.
So, those of you who are into Christian music, keep an eye out for this band and song. Easy on the ears.
